4. Video property to further analyze photographic appearance.

After our consultation, you will receive a thorough evaluation including

• Room by room analysis with pictures to explain ideas and clickable links to any suggested purchases.
• DIY Tips including repainting, rearranging furniture and fresh touches.
• Cleaning Suggestions.
• Furniture, artwork or decor suggestions.
• Quote if light staging is suggested.

If your home has empty rooms or could use suggested decor that you would prefer to rent, Crystal Lessner Designs may provide minimal furnishings, decor and accessories. The focus will be on key rooms that could benefit from a visual boost. 

Here's what to expect from Light Staging

• Strategic, light furniture to visualize function and scale.
• Wall Hangings to help create room depth perception and something to look at in a room online.
• Accessories and Accents to enhance ambiance and color balance.
• Depersonalization to remove distractions from potential buyers.
• Vases to bring attention to windows, fireplaces and room dimensions.
• Virtual Staging may be an option if rooms are oddly shaped.

Consults will be estimated as time that the complete staging will take place. Typically, the time it takes to light stage a home is below

• Under 1300 square feet - 1 hour
• 1301-1800 square feet - 1.5 hours
• 1801-2300 square feet - 2 hours
• 2301-2800 square feet - 2.5 hours
• 2801 and above - jobs range from 3-4 hours
