To receive a full to-do list of suggestions specifically tailored to your home, the cost is $199. If you would like light staging to enhance your home, I will provide you with an estimate of time to complete the aesthetics in your home. The fee of $199 includes items brought in, work on existing home decor and the cost of renting the items for 3 months. If you live further than 25 miles from Crystal Lake, a travel charge of $25 will be added to each appointment.
A fee of 50% your initial light staging appointment will be charged each additional month staging items remain in the home.
