For the past 23 years, I have loved and been involved in all aspects of real estate. Since 2019, I had focused on listing homes, staging every single one! With an eye for detail and transforming spaces, I narrowed in on my ability to turn regular spaces into captivating moments! My goal is to highlight each property's unique features, maximizing its potential and leave a lasting impression on potential buyers.
Staging a home goes beyond adding pretty HGTV finishes. It is understanding who your best pool of buyers are and how to tell your home's story to that buyer. My designs incorporate the heartbeat of your home and it is surprising how a few tweaks or pops of color, change the emotional excitement in a space. My favorite part of staging is hearing a buyer walk into a room that was blah, or extra non-necessary space before to the current owner, and seeing the potential of the room as it is newly laid out.

A home consult typically lasts about an hour and you will receive an actionable to-do list with shoppable links as needed.
Light Staging Makeover, expect 1-2 hours while items are moved or added. The home will be photo-ready for your professional to come through.
